COVID-19 lockdown measures have eased in Ladakh and construction has started again at school. Under the guidance of the construction manager, Sonam Angdus, the stone masons and labourers have prepared the foundations and reinforcement cages for the fourth eco-shower building and are now doing the granite masonry walls.
